Failed generations

If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of the period's credits were used.

Renewals and discounts

Renewals are not refundable; cancel before the renewal date and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds are of the amount actually paid, so a discounted purchase refunds the discounted price.

Credit packs

Unused packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
